Sath fled Cambodia for the Thai-Cambodian border and was trained as nurse by the American Refugee Committee (ARC). Sath recently received his M.D. from the International University of Phnom Penh and is currently the Director of the AIDS Program in rural Svay Rieng.  Sath joined CHC in 1994 and has bben an instrumental member of the TB and AIDS teams, delivering care, helping to devise the community based strategies and working on the research nested in the clinical program.  Sath was formerly the manger of the CHC Svay Rieng TB program and he now manages the CHC AIDS program and is an investigator in the CAMELIA study.  Sath is receiving his M.D. in 2008 from the International University of Phnom Penh.
