
With Master's Degrees in psychology and anthropology, Marie Pierre has more than 15 years of experience in projects focusing on disadvantaged children in France, Latin America, and Asia. She has worked for several international organizations such as UNICEF and UNESCO and various NGOs. In Mexico, she worked on a women's rights project focusing on street girls for UNICEF. In Guatemala, Marie-Pierre worked with impoverished children from ethnic minorities of preschool and primary school age. Since 2001, in Cambodia, prior to joining the CHC team, she worked with an NGO developing curricula for children-at-risk ages 3 to 16. She joined the CHC in 2005 as the coordinator of the Maddox Chivan Children's Center.
